Letting go to hold onto something better!

Do you ever have a hard time letting physical things go? Is it causing stress and anxiety?

“Just get rid of it!”, seems to be the easy solution people provide, but if it were that simple, you would have already donated, trashed or given these items away.

It is important to ask yourself WHY is this so hard? What am I holding onto? What am I afraid of losing? Then with support and a vision of the future, moving on from the past will feel good!
